WINTER SKINCARE TIPS: Head-To-Toe!

​ Winter is HERE! I’ve compiled some great SKINCARE Tips to help you whether  😉 the weather! SKINCARE:  Switch your facial cleanser. Keeping your skin moisturized and hydrated starts with cleansing. Unless your skin is oily, it's an excellent idea to shelf your foaming cleaners and switch to a more emollient formula: gel, cream, milk, oil, or even a cleansing balm. Use a richer moisturizer, facial oil, essence, and serum for maximum moisturizing and hydration. If you are an oily skin type, continue using your gel moisturizers, BHA serums, dark spots, and/or acne treatments. Sunscreen is a must, 365 days a year. We crave rich foods this time of year, but too much of a good thing can show up as clogged pores and breakouts. Skimping on sleep results in puffy eyes, dark circles, and ashy complexions - not a great look. BODYCARE:  Bathe in milk to enjoy the skin-nourishing benefits of lactic acid and natural fats.
